Machine Embroidery

Machine embroidery is used for embroiding knitwear and other sorts of clothing (caps, T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, shirts, polos, towels etc.). It is also used for producing patches to be sewed on or ironed on. Patches and embroideries can be made of up to 16 thread colours up to the size of 36 x 25 cm. The embroiding itself is conducted on computer-managed embroiding machines TAJIMA and AMAYA.

TAJIMA is a Japanese producer of embroidering machines with 60-year-long tradition. It focuses exclusively on embroidering machines, software and accessories and development of new technologies. The aim is to provide complex technology, i. e. programming software and machines integrating various embroidering technologies.

TAJIMA embroidering machines use following stitch types:

  • Back stitch
  • Continuous stitch
  • Tinsels
  • Embroidery combined with laser ray cut
  • Combined stitch types in one machine
